The ideal candidate would have experience with a CRM package such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics. The particular package we use (Netwise) is very niche for our industry. Some experience with insurance, payroll and/or healthcare would be preferred. We are looking for someone who has a good balance of technical and functional/operations skills. Someone who has supported the lifecycle of a customer (360-degree view) including the full lead-prospect-sales process would be a good fit.
The ideal candidate: functional & technical
Someone who has worked on CRM implementations, both front end, and back end. Front end refers to working with the stakeholders and gathering requirements and understanding the requirements from a functional perspective. The back end refers to the technical perspective: understanding configurations, making enhancements and supporting the system. Oasis is revamping their CRM system (Netwise) so a lot of changes are being made.
The role includes:
Meeting with stakeholders (people at all levels) and gathering requirements
Working with the stakeholders to implement the requirements
Understanding back end configurations
Making enhancements to the system
Supporting the system
Handling data conversion and data input
Integration with the system
Working with the vendor
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and MS Dynamics is good. Netwise is not required.
***Need someone who will not mind being a CRM Administrator most of the time and functioning in a support role. This position still requires a strong technical background, but not necessarily a CRM SME who is looking to advance with the latest and greatest technology.
